WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHY CONTRACT This agreement is entered into between Ehab Saber Photography ("Photographer") and the client named below ("Client"). 1. UNLIMITED RETOUCHED PICTURES All packages include unlimited retouched pictures according to the services and coverage included in the selected package. 2. PHOTO DELIVERY Final edited pictures will be delivered within 30 days after the wedding date via a private online gallery. 3. WEDDINGS OUTSIDE CAIRO Weddings and events held outside Cairo are subject to additional travel and transportation fees. Any applicable extra fees will be communicated to the Client before the event. 4. CONFIRMATION DEPOSIT A confirmation deposit is required to secure and confirm the wedding date. All packages require a confirmation deposit of 5,000 EGP, except Plus and VIP Packages, which require a confirmation deposit of 10,000 EGP. 5. NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT The confirmation deposit is non-refundable. Once the wedding date has been reserved and confirmed, the deposit cannot be refunded. 6. SOCIAL MEDIA & MARKETING USAGE Ehab Saber Photography and its social media team have the right to use selected photographs and videos captured during the event for marketing, promotional, portfolio, and social media purposes across the official social media platforms and website. If the Client does not agree to allow the use of the wedding photographs and videos for marketing purposes, a compensation fee of 10,000 EGP shall apply. 7. AGREEMENT By signing below, the Client confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to all the terms and conditions of this contract.
